Ordered and paid on weekdays before 1 pm = shipped the same day!

For all orders under € 50.00 the shipping costs are calculated on the basis of weight.
If your order does not fit through the mailbox, it will automatically be sent as a package.
Dutch orders from € 50.00 free shipping.
If your order is sent by us as a package, you will receive a tracing number from Post NL after 6 PM.
If your order is sent by us as a letterbox, you will not receive a tracking number.
There is no tracking number on postbox mail with PostNL.
The delivery time of letterbox mail depends on an average of 1-5 working days, depending on PostNL.
Note: PostNL does not deliver mailboxes on Mondays.
The delivery time of a package is 1-2 business days. PostNL only delivers on working days.
As a customer you are responsible for correctly specifying the delivery address!
If the package is returned due to various failed delivery attempts due to absence or incorrect address information, we are unfortunately forced to reimburse shipping costs for a return. An incorrectly entered address causes missing mail and is for the account of the customer. So always check the address given!
All letterbox mail is sent in a sturdy bubble envelope. A package is in most cases sent in a cardboard box.

0 - 100 grams € 2.50 (PostNL letterbox post)
100- 250 grams € 3,00 (PostNL letterbox post)
Package up to 30 KG € 5.95 (PostNL Package incl. Track and Trace)

Shipping costs Belgium:
Package up to 30 KG € 5.95 (PostNL Package incl. Track and Trace)
Shipping costs Belgium and Germany: no shipping cost from 75€

Shipping costs Other European Countries:

Guarantee

A guarantee of 30 days applies to all products that do not fall into the above categories.

General period
Unopened and unused products can be taken back in consultation within a period of 14 days.
